Evenings for Young Adults...who want to listen closely to God’s call!

You are called to become the person you were created to be! This is the task of a lifetime, the goal of your journey, your way to wholeness and holiness. Come join us: take some time together with others who are intent on answering that call.

What do I want to do with my life?
What is God calling me to? How do I know what God is calling me to?
What does discipleship in the different vocations look like?
If these questions catch your heart, we invite you to join other young adults for our discernment evenings.

Are you a young adult interested in serving God? Would you like to discern you call with other young men and women? The Joliet Area Vocation Association will offer a discernment series for adults ages 18 - 40. You are invited to gather with women and men religious and young adults who want to explore the possibilities of religious life and priesthood in the Catholic Church.

 Taizé Pilgrimage of Trust Conference – in Chicago - Memorial Day weekend at DePaul University Campus

Starting the evening of Friday, May 25th, young adults from around the Chicago and the United States will be arriving at DePaul University to partake in this ecumenical event.  Throughout the weekend, the Taizé Brothers will be holding prayer services several times a day, as well as small group sessions, workshops, and fellowship based on themes of solidarity and trust in the world. 

Information on the conference and registration is below and available via the Taizé website.  Once you get to Chicago, cost is only $50 for the weekend, including food and lodging with host families.
