Risking Hope: Religious Life as a narrative of Perseverance and Transformation There are over 700 diverse religious institutes in the United States in terms of spirituality, charism, and mission but also in terms of their size, composition, and presence of new members. The diversity of sisters, brothers and priests is one of the hallmarks of religious life today. This presentation will unpack the data from the 2020 NRVC/CARA Study on Recent Vocations by reflecting on how our words and actions promote or inhibit a culture of vocations.
